Life... Again

Well life sucks... but what else is new? Between financial problems, small family problems, and stupid boys always causing trouble. So why can't I sleep? No matter what I try I have the hardest time falling asleep and the hardest time waking up. I want to go away for a while... Nowhere to go... No way to get there... Shiz. Why do boys to have to be so stupid? Don't they understand that our world doesn't revolve around them? Don't they realize that we have other problems that we have to deal with? Oh and when a girl tells you No... they mean it, don't ask why just go with it. It usually ends better that way. Oh well no matter what happens as long as I've got my amazing friends I can get through anything and everything.

OMG it's been so long!

Oh my goodness I'm so sorry that I haven't been on here in forever! There has been so much that has happened since my last blog. I don't even know where to begin. Well my new roommates moved in for the school year and they are amazing I love them dearly. We have great fun together. I got a job. Yeah, Wendy's woohoo. lol oh well a job is a job. school has been so crazy but so much fun! I love college and I cannot believe how quickly it's passing by! Sooner than I know it I'll be graduating and won't know what to do with my life haha.

The joys of roommates

Starting the fall school year I had three roommates: Katherine, the partier, Alicia, the all around awesome one, and Katee, a general sweetheart. Now when we all first moved in with each other we had our own quirks that got to us. Katherine blasted her rap all of the time, and Katee sang Disney and always wanted to know what we were talking about lol. As time went on we grew to love and hate each other. We ended up kicking Katherine out by summer time, which was awesome, and Katee moved home... super sad. Now for the summer Alicia and I have gained another roommate but I don't know if we can get used to this one -- she's big into anime and star wars, which is way cool, but she also blasts the same two songs, Telephone by Lady GaGa and Naturally by Selena Gomez, all day every day. It'd get to you to. Alicia told me today that every morning that Alicia is in the kitchen listening to music my other roommate just comes in and turns on the TV, she doesn't say anything just comes in and turns on the TV. For this to make sense you must understand that the kitchen and the living room are all connected. Plus she sings star wars songs all of the time and when her music is blasting you can hear her singing over her music, it's ridiculous. She never seems to want to eat with us, Alicia and I make dinner most night, unless I work, and she never eats with us she wants to eat her frozen dinners that are in our freezer. I don't know but if something had been prepared and I was asked if I wanted any I would have some. I don't know she's just strange.

Working

So today was my first time closing by myself and let me tell you it's pretty nerve racking having to remember everything to do after two training sessions. There's the bathrooms and the dining room, the drink and condiment station; cleaning things out remembering how to do everything... where everything is placed on the computer... it's all so confusing!! good thing that where I work everyone is pretty helpful to each other. My co-workers are wonderful and extremely helpful when it comes down to it. They remind me of my own family in a way, we work hard but we tease each other and have fun to which makes work enjoyable instead of unbearable. It's a nice change from where I've worked before when I dreaded going to work even though I worked full time and was making the big bucks lol

Boys

Ugh men are so retarded so my bf and I have been dating for 4 months right? Well I told him about my friends at home who still have feelings for me... bad idea he's now extremely mad at me about it and is giving me the silent treatment... well I forgot to tell him that when we talk (if we ever talk at all) we talk as friends but as nothing more I don't give them hints you know saying that we'll be together when my current bf leaves. Well it's been a week and a half and I'm getting sick of it so to fix it all I ended up breaking up with him... he was silent towards me on our anniversary! I'm sorry but that's not ok with me. He came over a couple of days ago telling me that he was sorry and then he promised he wouldn't shut me out anymore... Bullshit well not even two of three hours later he does it again and has been doing it ever since. So not only did he give me the silent treatment but he broke a promise as well.

Boating with the familiy

This weekend my family came down for Memorial Weekend. We decided to kick it off with a little dinner at the Pizza Factory on Friday night. Saturday Morning I was supposed to go to orientation for my new job but... me being me... I slept through it :( oops! Well I called them and they said it was alright and that I could make it up on Tuesday so whew! I called my parents and told them that I was ready to go boating. My mom called me back telling me that the boat was already hooked up and they didn't know how I was going to get there. My dad told me to walk lol! It was a 5 mile walk to my condo from my apartment, so of course I said no. My family told me that they'd figure something out and to hang tight for a bit. Well alright my roommate was watching Star Wars III so I watched it until my mom called me again telling me that my grandma was going to pick me up. When we finally got onto the boat it was a beautiful day.... a little breezy but beautiful! I was one of the first to go out on the tube with my little brothers Darchon and Michael. We are some crazy ppl because we were thrown all over the place and nobody fell off... at first anyways :D... after a while ur arms get tired and well I fell off first taking them with me. The water was so cold it felt like I was getting hypothermia or something. We were on the boat for 4 hours taking turns on the tube and the wake-board. Eventually getting tired we retired for the night.
